"Love the location of this hotel. Very convenient to get around Paso. All of the front desk staff we dealt with were so nice....incredibly sweet people! Having to pay for parking was a surprise. Must not have seen that when I booked (did not look for parking costs as that is not the norm at most Hampton Inns I have stayed at.) The breakfast was nice...very clean, tasty. The only negative was that it was the same thing offered each morning (cheese omelet, chicken sausage and potatoes for the hot stuff.....yes, there were make your own waffles, but I'm not a waffle fan). Finally, the insulation could be improved...in that, we could hear the people above us walking around (proverbial herd of elephants) and it was distracting. Could also easily hear people talking in the hall. That said, we countered that by running the AC on fan so we had motor noise instead. Overall....I would definitely stay there again as the front desk folks were so great and made us feel so welcomed."

"Probably the best new option to spend a few nights in Paso and the wine country. Walking distance to the park and all the wining & dining options. The pool on the roof is unique but maybe it could be converted to a large hot tub."
